**Opening of the Student Training Program on Occupational Safety, Health, and Sustainable Development at the Faculty of Science**

Yesterday, the Faculty of Science at Beni-Suef University inaugurated the training program in collaboration with *Titan Cement Company*. The program aims to equip students with practical skills in the fields of occupational safety and health, environmental management systems, and sustainable development.
The training was opened by Prof. Dr. Wael Hazein, Dean of the Faculty of Science, who emphasized the importance of cooperation with industrial institutions to prepare students for the labor market and support them in finding new job opportunities. He highlighted the vital role of industrial partnerships in enhancing graduates’ skills and linking academic study with practical applications.
The program began with lectures and hands-on training sessions delivered by Eng. Yasser Said, representative of Titan Cement Company, with the active participation of more than 350 students from various academic levels.
The training will continue for five days until next Sunday and will conclude with a final assessment. Successful participants will receive accredited certificates, and outstanding students will have the opportunity to advance to the second level of practical field training at the Titan Cement Factory in Beni-Suef.
