A Delegation from the Faculty of Science on a Scientific Visit to the National Company for Food Products (Silo Foods)
Hosted by Major General (Staff) Taymour Moussa Abu El-Magd, Chairman of the Board of Silo Egypt for Food Industries, the Military Education Administration, led by Colonel (Staff) Khaled Nabil, in cooperation with the National Service Projects Organization and the Popular and Military Defense Forces, organized a visit under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University.

A delegation from the Faculty of Science participated in the scientific visit to the National Company for Food Products (Silo Foods) in Sadat City, Monufia Governorate, affiliated with the National Service Projects Organization of the Armed Forces.
The visit aimed to provide students with expertise in food industries and knowledge of labor market requirements. It also sought to enhance students’ awareness and strengthen their national belonging by acquainting them with major national projects affiliated with the National Service Organization.
The company plays a vital role in supporting Egypt’s food security, acting as a safeguard for stabilizing prices and ensuring the availability of basic food commodities.
Silo Foods is one of the leading national companies in the field of various food industries. It was established during the tenure of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to meet local demand and export to foreign markets.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by a distinguished group of officers and soldiers, headed by the company’s Vice Chairman and public relations officials.
