Postgraduate Studies Administration Instructions – Diploma Programs, Academic Year 2025–2026
1. All students must bring a valid identification document (university ID card or national ID card). Any student without an identification document will not be allowed to enter the examination halls.
2. Each student must know their seat number and committee number and ensure accurate recording of the seat number, as all personal data, transactions, and certificates will depend on it.
3. Students must write their full name (four grandfather names) to avoid similarity of names, noting that the names registered by the Postgraduate Studies Administration are the same as those entered by the student on the university website at the beginning of diploma registration.
4. All students must bring their personal tools in full and are strictly prohibited from exchanging personal items with other students.
5. Students must submit their national ID card if there is any discrepancy in the name or if it does not match the attendance lists.
6. The use of pencils only is mandatory. Students bear full responsibility for compliance.
7. Please be informed that strict instructions have been issued to close the main gate of the examination halls building, whether the Faculty of Law or Faculty of Science building, at 1:30 p.m. No one will be allowed to enter after half an hour from the start of the examination.
8. Accordingly, students must be present inside the university campus at least half an hour before the examination begins to allow committee entry and avoid congestion at the entrance gates, as well as to avoid wasting students’ time.
9. While inside the examination halls, students must not have any books, notes, or papers related to the subject. Mobile phones must be turned off (power off ??). Any violation of these instructions will be considered cheating, and a report will be filed, resulting in the student being barred from two examinations.
Instructions Related to the Answer Sheet (Bubble Sheet) for Electronic Correction:
10. Use pencils only; the use of any pen is strictly prohibited (students bear full responsibility).
11. It is strictly forbidden to place any mark on the left side (black squares area).
12. Each student must carefully shade the correct answer circle.
13. Do not place any external circles outside the designated answer area.
14. Do not place any other marks on the same question.
15. Do not shade two answers for the same question (and ensure any previous answer is completely erased).
